My Research Area<\/strong><\/h1>\n

  • Global Justice and the Philosophy of Human Rights:<\/strong>
    As part of my doctoral project, I am working on developing a new theory of human rights. My research focuses on constructing a multi-categorical rights system based on a pluralistic foundation, aiming to address the practical shortcomings of current global justice theories. These studies are progressing with the support of my advisors from the Faculties of Law and Philosophy at the University of Glasgow and the University of Oxford.<\/li>\n
  • Autonomy, Liberalism, and Freedom:<\/strong>
    In my master’s project, I examined the differences among the emerging factions of modern liberalism and analyzed the responsibilities that an autonomy-based liberalism would impose on the state. Additionally, I continue to work on the Republican Model of Freedom. I had the opportunity to explore the practical implications of this model through the “State Theories: Republicanism” course I attended at the Department of Political Science at Princeton University.<\/li>\n
  • Success, Ethical Competition, and the Ethics of Power:<\/strong>
    As a subfield under the broader themes of freedom and identity, I am researching the nature of success, its modern reflections, its gendered aspects, and its historical evolution. I aim to develop original conceptualizations by integrating my personal studies on game theory into this research. My initial academic engagement with these themes was sparked by the “Gender and Race” course I took at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Glasgow.<\/li>\n
  • Rational Thinking and Behavioral Psychology:<\/strong>
    I am particularly interested in how individuals’ decisions are influenced by external factors across different dimensions and to what extent they can preserve their free will. My research also covers social movements, forms of societal change, ethical communication, and effective yet ethical propaganda. I have diversified my research by drawing upon the content of courses such as Behavioral Psychology, Propaganda, and the History of Social Movements, which I attended at the Departments of Political Science at the University of Oxford and History at Princeton University.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
